How many years have you been racing?
2010 will be my third year racing.

Where did you first learn to ride your bike?
I learned to ride my bike in my driveway when I was about 4 years old.

Where is your favorite place to ride?
My favorite place to ride is Fairhill in Maryland. My favorite race course is the Burn 24 Hour course in Wilksboro, NC.

Your favorite aspect of the sport?
I like the food after the race, especially hot dogs. I also like to race in the endurance and 24 hour races.

What is your strongest talent?
I like riding the rocky technical sections of trail.

What is your favorite win/achievement?
In 2008 I got second place in the junior race at the National Championships. I really liked racing at the 24 hour Champion Challenge at Seven Springs last fall where my Dad and I raced in the Mens Duo Category.

What is your goal in this sport?
To break Chris Eatough’s record and win the Solo World Championships 7 times. I know that’s a giant goal but I’m only eleven so I have lots of time to get ready.

Most essential pre-race gear?
My Dad because he gets me up, tunes up my bike, and drives me to the race while I sleep.

Other activities: Skiing, Ping-Pong, dirtbiking, soccer

Worst job ever?I’m only eleven so I haven’t had many jobs, but I don’t like cleaning out the kitty litter.

Favorite TV show? Mythbusters. A close second would be SurvivorMan.
